In Mexico there are several areas such as Zacatecas, San Luis Potosí or Guanajuato whereonyx mines can be found. Each mine produces another type of onyx. We have contracts with the mines which can deliver the most special onyx for our production.

Transport the onyx stones with trailers to our manufactory site. The rocks will be taken out of the mines and transported to our manufactaring facility in Puebla in Mexico.

Once the big blocks arrive in our manufacturing site, our specialists cut the bigger stones to smaller stones adequate to the final product. Our specialist need to anticipate, where the texture lines in the stones will be to be able to deliver a high quality end product. This needs a lot of experience.

Carve out the needed pieces for the final product and refining. If the final product is a rectangular lamp, the stone will be cut into plates which will be assembled to the final product. If the final product is a cylindric lamp, then a hole will be drilled into the stone to curve out a tube and the floor will then be added separatly with a special glue for natural stone products we use.

Manually handcut the stone into the right form. Depending on the form of the final product, more refinement needs to be done.

Once the product is finalized, it will be polished to bring out the special colors and textures of the onyx.

The final product will be delivered to your home. Some of the products will be sent from distribution centers in Europe, others we produce based on your wishes and will be sent out of Mexico directly to you.
